Edmonton Elks Flag Football Tournament
Get ready for the first-ever Edmonton Elks Club Flag Football Tournament We are excited to announce this inaugural three-day event, brought to you by the CFL's Edmonton Elks, along with support from Football Alberta set to take place from Friday, June 26, to Sunday, June 28, 2026, at Emerald Hills in Sherwood Park, Alberta.
This landmark tournament will determine the Alberta club champion in eight divisions: U14, U16, U18, and Adult, for both male and female teams.
Tournament Highlights:
- Dates: June 26-28, 2026

- U14 (2014 & 2013)
- U16 (2012 & 2011)
- U18 (2010 & 2009)
- Adult (2008 and earlier)
- Eligibility: Open to all club teams in the province with active membership and good standing with Football Alberta.
- National Pathway: This tournament is a prerequisite for entry into the Football Canada Club Flag National Tournament (July 31 - August 2 in Ottawa, ON) for the U14, U16, and U18 male and female divisions. All clubs competing in these specific regional divisions are eligible for the national tournament. Once a team registers in our Alberta event, Nationals registration will be shared.
- Guaranteed Games: Each registered team will be guaranteed a minimum of four games.
- Rulebook & Game Length: Games will be played using the IFAF Rulebook
- Cost: $500 Per Team
