Flag Football Introduction

Flag Football is one of the fastest growing sports in the world right now with a lot of avenues for players of all ages to play in. Whether you want to develop basic football skills, or compete for an international title across the world, there are leagues here in Alberta that can help get you where you want to be. This non-contact variation of the classic 12-A-Side football focuses more on speed, agility, and finesse compared to raw strength.
