U18 - Our top U18 male and female flag football teams compete at the Football Canada National Flag tournament every summer against other provinces.

U16 - Our top U16 male and female flag football teams compete in the Western Regional tournament put on by Football Canada.

Competitive Pathways

While flag football is often thought of as more of a recreational sport, there are competitive pathways for both youth and adult players as indicated by the image below.

The Mission of Football Alberta is to develop, promote, coordinate, regulate and foster the growth of all aspects of amateur football in Alberta. Our aim is to establish an administrative structure which will provide programs and services to accomplish this stated objective and mission.
